Magnolia Heating and Cooling

Very professional and very honest had another company try to tell me 6000.00 dollars for a brand new unit had Jacob come out and fixed it fi 300.00 will be using them for anymore heating and a/c repairs

I have never put a review of any company on Yelp or any place else, but I had to for Magnolia! I had my 4 year old air conditioner service by them on April 24th. The service tech told me that my fuses were dead and that I needed to replace them for the cost of $248 plus he said I should put a surge protector on also. I asked how much this would cost and he another couple hundred, do not remember exact amount! He called the office to verify everything. Oh yes, he also told me that the number, on his iPad, for the fuses had an "I" next to it which meant that I should be able to get a discount for $85. Or $89. When he got off the phone I told him I was not in the position to get the surge protector, to just put the fuses in. After doing that, he then told me that I had a freon leak and I should call the company that installed as that should be under warranty. I thanked him and he then gave me the bill. To my surprise I did not get the discount for the fuses! I asked him about this and he said I would only had gotten that if I had also purchased the surge protector! I told him that was not what he told me, but then he only does what the company tells him to do. Whenn I had another service company for the freon, I was told that I did not have a leak, just slightly low and he was also quite surprised of what I was charged for the fuses. I also found out the Magnolia's service people work on commission! No wonder he wanted me to get the surge protector. I emailed Magnolia about all of this and told them I felt I had been ripped off and maybe taken advantage of as I am a senior. I recieved a response saying that I would hear from them in 24 hrs. It is now May 1 and I still have not heard from them! I guess customer satisfaction is not important to them!

Tech was on time called before he arrived, explained everything and I would recommend them.

Very happy with this company, they where on time and professional. Fixed our system fast and the price was reasonable.

Top quality in service! I had my complete HVAC system replaced with a new Trane system. My old system was an energy hog and didn't work all that well. Eric came out and gave me an estimate and ran me through the whole process of how the work would be done. After checking with a few references I scheduled the install. The install crew showed up on time and began work in a professional manner. During installation the crew was cordial and gladly answered questions. After the install the installers ran me through the entire system operations. I am very pleased with the work and would recommend these guys anytime! My hat is off to Eric and the two installers Steve and Vinnie. The new energy efficient Trane system is quiet and works great! When you call them say that you saw Roger Wilson's review online.
