K Norris Jewelers

K Norris was without doubt the place to go when my sons were purchasing engagement and wedding rings for their fiancees. The experience was very professional, courteous, and has proven to me that it is the place to go when one wants quality merchandise as well as incredible service. The only people that might have a problem with this place would be their competitors because it is hard to match all that K Norris jewelers has to offer. I highly recommend them.

I have been going to K Norris for more than 15 years. I value my name and love when the countless friends and family that I have referred to them come back to me and thank me. The entire staff value education and finding exactly what you want vs making a sale. The entire staff are educated and have the resources to get you exactly what you're looking for. I have referred more than 20 people to them with equal reviews. I will not go anywhere else!

I bought my wife's engagement ring, wedding band, and my wedding ring from K. Norris and was extremely pleased with the service. "RiversideVJ" is clearly a Ben Bridge employee and made a very tacky move. I highly recommend K. Norris.

I only buy my jewelry from K Norris Jewelers. The quality of jewelry and customer service is unlike any other store I have been to. I have worked with the owner and countless others and I have never felt as though I was being ripped off or treated poorly. I always get compliments on my jewelry and when I come back in I am always greeted with a smile and the knowledge of their products is palpable. I would never shop anywhere else, I have been to other jewelry stores and nothing compares to K Norris Jewelers.

COULD NOT DISAGREE MORE WITH BAD REVIEW!!! This store has GREAT customer service...every time I am in there it seems like every staff member goes out of their way to help me. 6 year returning customer and will continue to go back. They have honored ALL policies and even gone above and beyond to help on a few other occasions. I didn't even purchase a watch from there and they offered to help with the battery and remove a link for me...how is that a bad thing??? It seems to me that an employee from Ben Bridges is trying (poorly I might add) to deface this company...that's just sad!

Policies not clear! Owner does not care about their customers. So many other great store in the same mall. Ben Bridge is just below them and have much better customer service. Do not shop there if you don't have to!!
