        Attorney Harry Mirchandaney counsels clients throughout Southern California on Estate Planning, Advanced Estate Planning, Asset Protection, Entity Formation, Divorce (and related issues of Child Custody and Support, Spousal Support and Property Division), and Prenuptial and Marital Agreements, through HMA's offices in Riverside, Newport Beach, and other satellite locations. Harry received his JD from Loyola Law School where he served as an Editor of The Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review. He also holds a Certificate in Copyright Law from Harvard Law School.In addition, Harry has an an MBA from UNC-Chapel Hill, a MS degree from Lehigh University, and an undergraduate degree in engineering from Cornell.Harry was sponsored for his MBA and MS degrees by IBM Corporation, where he started as an Assistant Engineer and rose to the position of Senior Manager responsible for world-wide Programs and Projects, prior to pursuing his interest in Law. Harry is admitted to practice in all courts of California, the Trusts and Estates section of the American Bar Association, and the Riverside County Bar Association.

        I was so fortunate to have selected Harry Mirchandaney to assist me in my divorce.

        When explaining the process, it was clear to me that he is ethical and professional.

        Responses to my inquiries were quick. His explanations were complete, yet understandable.

        Divorce is a difficult time, and there were times that my emotions were high. Harry has a calm demeanor and I always felt better after talking through an issue with him.

        HMA Law represented me in a long drawn out divorce. HMA came in after my initial attorney quit. Harry took the case and continued on with little repetition. All of my inquiry's were answered quickly and thoroughly. I never felt like I was being talked down to. I was kept informed of every step and my options were presented in a manner that allowed me to make the best choice for me. Dealing with a life changing event is never easy. HMA Law did an excellent job in making sure that the process was as simple and stress-free as possible.

        Harry represented me in a 20 month divorce that involved property, custody, and a not so cooperative spouse. Through all the paperwork and all of my questions, Harry never missed a beat. He was always there to explain things to me so that I felt prepared and sure of what I was facing. He never sugar coated anything and I appreciated that. He never ignored me and always gave me the time and consideration I needed to navigate this scary situation. After this difficult ordeal, I have a lot of appreciation for what he did for me. He focused on my priorities and acted with the best interest of my family in mind. I would call him knowledgeable, competent, considerate, and a genuinely decent human being. I would recommend him to anyone and will certainly be back with any other legal matters and needs that may arise.

        The HMA Law Group handled my Divorce Case from Start to Finish and did an outstanding job. Harry got me a great verdict and I can't be happier with their service. As a man in California to be awarded Full Custody is unheard of but Harry and his team won that and more for me and my family.

        I would go to HMA Law Group for any Family matter in a heart beat.
