        The owner/only employee, is absolutely disgraceful, disgusting! Iโ€™ve been shopping here for years 9+, only ethnic beauty supply for miles. I bought a closure, never opened it and came back with the receipt within 24hours, he said 20 PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE! And then turns around and says NO RETURNS.
        He makes a living off of ethnic people and has no respect for them. He bold face lies. He is dishonest. Go spend your hard earned money else where, heโ€™s a cheater and a liar, and such a tight wad he canโ€™t even return his own unopened product with a receipt. ALL OTHER HAIR SUPPLY RETURN THERE OWN PRODUCTS. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION???

        The selection is great. However, customer service is poor. I've shopped there frequently for approximately two years and I bought a product that cause my hair to become stiff and brittle; taking the product back to All Star Beauty...I was told the product could not be exchanged. That's their policy! It doesn't matter i shopped there frequently, or I'm a loyal customer, nor how much money I've spent over the years.
