I’ve been a customer at Queen Bee Nails since 2014. I have manicures and pedicures done by Andy. He is the absolute best! He’s great at what he does, and he is personable while doing his craft. I would recommend him and Queen Bee to others without hesitation. Sheila Wall

4/45/2018 I called for a French pedi came in asked for callus scrub French pedi. Never will I ever come here again. They nail lady was rude .. very quiet and rushing, mind you it's not even busy 3 people the most . The scrub was poorly done very fast and she only massaged 1 leg?? Like what lady r u serious . Then I asked for the white tip to be thicker then normal and she didn't answer me just sighed. After I was finished she put my shoes on and gave.me my bill. I had to ask her where the light was so it cam dry better just pointed at the corner and kept cleaning... Then I was like is it even on ? I got no reply then after she was done she turned it on for me. Overall horrible service .

Unsanitary. I went to get my underarms waxed and the lady doing so didn't seem to know what she was doing. Her English wasn't good so I couldn't communicate with her. It seemed like she only had experience with waxing eyebrows even though the lady at the counter told me they wax everything. The lady doing my waxing started out by trimming my underarm hair first with little eyebrow scissors which made me question why she would even do that; not to mention that she would pinch some of my skin in the process. She then applied the wax under my arms and the wax strip and proceeded to start waxing my underarms. I bleed which is normal and the lady would stick the same wax stick in the wax and then under my arms again. I'm sure she spread my blood all over the hot wax she was using. Every time she waxed a patch she would show me the hairs and make faces. It felt very judgmental. Because she had trimmed my hairs so small, there were some patches which didn't wax. She then proceeded to pluck them which was a very painful unnecessary experience. She didn't even pluck them all and I left with uneven patchy underarms. I feel sorry for the next person who she waxes after me since my blood is already spread inside the wax; good thing I'm clean, but it makes me wonder if the person before me wasn't clean. Now I need to make appointments to get my blood tested for the next 12 months. Over all a very disappointing and painful experience, I would not go back there especially if I catch some kind of a desease from this place. Now this has me all worried.

This place is fabulous! I'm from out I town and I walked I here on a whim. The place is huge, clean, and well decorated. The staff is polite and friendly. My pedicurist was not only professional but so sweet. She did a wonderful job. I'm very happy . If I'm ever in town again I'm dropping by.

I just found out this salon, it is a gem. Very clean and sanitize. I love how the service, very professional. The polish selection is massive. I like the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I am highly recommended.

I recently had a service at this location and the Manager shows me the Inspection Report from CA Board of Barbering and Cosmetology indicated "NO VIOLATIONS". How many of them in California?
