        Roosevelt Middle School provides a range of educational programs to students in grades five through eight. It is located in River Forest, Ill. The school offers a variety of academic courses, such as language arts, social studies, reading, Spanish, French, science, technology education, mathematics, art, instrumental music and Italian. It provides opportunities for students to participate in a variety of sports activities, including cross country, track, basketball and volleyball. The school offers various extracurricular activities, including chess, reading, recorder, speech, drama, technology and writing clubs, scholastic bowl, spelling bee, yearbook, choir group, geography bee, math tutoring and peer mentoring. Its library has a collection of books, magazines, newspapers and other reference materials. The school is a part of the River Forest Public School District 90, which provides education to students in kindergarten through grade eight.
