On March 21,2016 I was in the Ritzman Pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions. After I had signed & completed the transaction the store had a power failure. When the power failed the employees rudely told everyone to " get out the store". After returning home Ritzman Pharmacy #103 in Rittman called me to say that my transaction did NOT go through & I needed to return "to pay again". Now my monthly bank statement shows that I was charged twice for the same prescriptions and as of this posting they have not acknowledged that i payed twice. I guess I can't trust my bank statement either because Ritzman Pharmacy sure is'nt trusting it. Anyone who had transactions on March 21,2016 should check there bank statements to ensure THEY WERE NOT CHARGED TWICE! GOOD LUCK!
