They lack the concept of "customer service" and "customer satisfaction". I live maybe 20 min from them, been with them for over 15 yrs and always in good standing, payment-wise. And yet, they won't deliver to me, cause no-one else ordered any in the area. Therefore, we've been out of gas, for several weeks now. 2 young kids taking cold-showers and eating from an electric-skillet. But, they finally call, and said, "change a $300 order to $500, and we'll deliver... Didn't wanna, wanted to shop around, but finally agreed. It's been a week... STILL, no gas. Over 15 yrs loyalty and good-standings, good thing it's not winter...
