I have used this UPS store many times in the past couple of years and I have always been impressed with their high level of service and I have often thought to myself that the "management" must set the right tone for their employees. About two weeks ago a tractor part that I had packaged myself was damaged in transit and I was rather pessimistic that UPS would do anything. To my surprise the manager herself took care of helping me with my claim, she called me twice to give me status and resolved the issue in less than two weeks. It was not just the fact that they resolved the issue for me but it was the very professional way in which everything was handled that makes a customer feel that they really care about each and everyone of us. She and her staff have my highest and sincerest recommendation!!!

Looking for a way to ship a pkg, I first found a pak ship n mail place. The agent was extremely unwilling to help with my shipping needs, she said because you are the first customer of the day and I have many things to do to prepare for the day. I said thank you and found the UPS store. Walked in, was greeted and was taken care of quickly, accurately and if I spent more than 10 minutes there I'd be surprised. The agent was knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. You bet I will not only be back but will encourage others to do the same.
