        Last year they froze my accounts, and would not unfreeze until the next day. Their reason was I was out of the my normal spending pattern. I was out at a friends birthday celebration. I paid $65.00 for my dinner and a drink, I went to buy my friend a $5.00 beer and they froze both my accounts. Even after speaking with them, explaining that I had no cash on me, and giving every bit of information that any person possibly could, they would not unfreeze. I cannot tell you how embarrassed I was. And yes there was plenty in both accounts! I was livid! They did not apologize until months later when I closed all accounts with them.
