Dr. Quitberg, with over 14 years of Veterinarian Medicine experience, has found a need in the community for a mobile Veterinary Clinic. We have found over the years a couple of reasons to have a house visit: * Dogs That Are So Arthritic Can't Even Get Into the Car * Elderly or Disabled Pet Owners Have A Difficult Time Making Their Appointment Times * Mothers with Young Children and Pets * Many Cats Do Not Do Well At the Vet Office We Can Meet Them on Their Own Terms We provide mobile veterinary services for your dog, and cat in your home. We provide house call service for your pets in Rio Rancho and Corrales. Decreasing the stress on your pet and yourself is the goal of home veterinary care. Trips to the hospital can be time-consuming for you, inconvenient, as well as worrisome for your pet. Examinations, vaccines, blood work, diagnostics, treatments, etc., can all be done right in the comfort of your living room. If additional veterinary services are needed for your dog, cat, or other loved one, such as X-rays, ultrasound, or surgery, those can be scheduled with a clinic in our area.

My husband and I traveled to ABQ in our RV with our precious Himalayan kitty Duchess. Before we left home, we learned that Duchess had cancer. Due to her age, we elected to not undergo lots of medical treatment. Our Vet gave her a cortisone injection and stated we could do that on a monthly basis to help with her appetite and overall condition. Right before arriving in ABQ Duchess had some form of spell. Immediately upon arrival we looked for a Mobile Pet Vet to come and give her an injection. (Duchess has an aversion to medical facility’s). We found Dr Quitberg on line and she was able to come that afternoon to give her a shot. Dr Q was very gentle with her and was able to give her the injection without any difficulty. We were hoping to buy some time due to an upcoming big family wedding. Sadly, Duchess did not improve and went downhill very fast. We made the very difficult decision to have her euthanized and Dr Q came back out to the RV and was unbelievable kind and gently with her and explained the process as she went through it. We could not have asked for a better “end of life” Veterinarian/experience to help with this procedure.
