        Overall

        The price range of the necklaces in the most recent catalog is misleading. When the sales clerk was asked about the pricing, she was abrupt and had a take it or leave it attitude.



        Most of the sales people are just plain unfriendly. Shopping there is no pleasure! The store in the Cumberland Mall is much nicer, so are the sales people.
