        Overall

        Horrible customer service, very rude and very unprofessional staffs especially in cigarette department, they don't know even what is soft pack and box. Shame on them !

        Be very careful when you drop a order list the staff are very careless they will give you the wrong cigarette and you can not switch that or get refund. They got a damn system.

        I prefer Sam Club because because they are customer friendly and they got varieties of items where as Costco poor management with lot of junk items.
