If you have all day to waste then this is your place. My Husband & 6 year old went on a Friday to get haircuts. We understand that Fridays are busy, as there were 3 people in front of them they decided to wait. An hour an half later they had only seen my son with 5 people working. So they left. My husband went back on a Monday around 4 O'Clock NO ONE was there so he sat down right away 45 mins later he started to check out. He only had a #2 and a slight fade done. THAT TOOK MINS!!!! I'd like to say this was the first Encounter but it wasn't it happens almost every time an hour or two of our day is wasted sitting there. As for me who has long hair and can go to a salon get my hair washed, cut, dried & styled I am still done before one of them!!!

I've been to this store more than once, but this time it didn't go very well. I tried twice to fix my hair and I end up just shaving my head she did a very very very bad job. When I called the manager to see about getting my money back she said no in a very rude way. I will never return nor will I recommend going to that location to anyone. STAY AWAY.
