Great Customer Service!!! They are soo friendly and always go above and beyond for me. I forgot to call on my delivery day a couple of times and they made special trips to my house regardless. Lowest spring water and k-cups prices around!! I give them 5 stars. I strongly recommend everyone to shop here!! FIVE STARS!!!!!
The staff at Diamond Rock are always pleasant and willing to help. When you call, a person will answer the phone on the 3rd ring, and always listen. When you stop into Diamond Rock, everyone is very helpful. A great family owned business which gives each customer a personal "touch". If you need natural spring water, and Keuring K cups, give yourself a treat and visit Diamond Rock.
unfortunatly read these reviews way to late!
this is one of the most horrible business,s I have had the misfortune to deal with in years!!!
someone else mentioned '"customer service" they have never heard of it!!!
I placed several orders, k cup coffee, and only the first one was correct! after that, they delivered an order I never recieved,I have lived in my residence for over 50 years, and never had a package, stolen from my doorstep. after that I placed another order to replace it and it was delivered to my back porch, and the boxes stunk of motor oil. I said this is enough! my friend continued to place some orders and every single time there is a problem! when you call them.......forget it, they are very nasty and all but call you a liar!
BUYERS BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM........ I don't care if they were offerering the coffee for free!!!
REFUSED TO HONOR REFERRAL INCENTIVE~! Prices for coffee are good, although you can do better at BJ's especially if you have a BJ's card and get BJ Bucks and use Shop at Home.com for cash back. At BJ's Warehouse, its 2 cents more per KCUP and you get double BJ bucks for buying it there with a BJ's Visa card! . The problem they have is they do not honor the $25.00 referral that you make for a friend as advertised on the website. They tried to tell me the referral is for water only but it is clearly not stated that way. They need a little help on how to make a customer happy. About a year ago, I saw the add /sticker in The Record Newspaper for a free box of KCups if you buy 3 boxes. So I went home happy with 4 boxes for the price of three. A short while later, I noticed on the flyer that they have water service and I referred my parents. They have been getting it for a year delivered regularly and are very happy with it. I then noticed today on the web that they have a $25.00 referral incentive on the web site. They refused to honor it for referring my parents for the following reasons.
# 1. The ad is old
#2. The referral is for water service only, your buying coffee.
#3. We cannot afford to give away free stuff anymore.
#4 We have been meaning to take off that add, but were too busy!
My opinion... yes, maybe you did forget about the ad on your website, but, its much more important to keep the customer happy , thank them for pointing it out, give them the incentive that was advertised, THEN take it off your website. Your website is mis leading. Oh and one more thing, they charge one dollar if you use a credit card for coffee purchases, saying the price listed is for cash and carry only.CASH AND CARRY IS NOT LISTED FOR COFFEE lt is ONLY WATER and listed clearly on the flyer!. It is also illegal to have the customer pay a surcharge for using a credit card!
I was also told by Rich , the owner, that the referral fee was deleted that day from the website. Well, its been 5 days and its still there.
Don't go there. I brought a friend of mine to buy some coffee using their new customer offer (advertised in the Record) of buy 3 boxed K-Cup and get 4th Free. When she gave them her home address, they refused to sell her the coffee since she lived in NY and "might not come back to buy more" I told them that she is in NJ almost every week-end, but they still refused. The ad doesn't state that you must live in NJ. They wanted her to give them money in an account to ensure she would be back. After I gave them my NJ information they yelled at me since I haven't been back to buy more since January and wanted to know where I was buying my coffee. These people are very rude and have been advertising a false/incorrect offer.
I was recently referred to Diamond Rock by my girlfriend’s mother who told me about the great prices that they have on Keurig K-Cups. She also told me about the company’s introductory offer of buy three boxes of Keurig K-Cups get one free. I decided to give the company a try and drove to their warehouse located in Ridgefield Park. As I walked into the office, I was greeted by an older man with grey hair, a moustache and glasses. He helped me get the four boxes of K-Cups that I wanted and started to ring up my order. I asked him if they still had the introductory offer of buy three boxes get one free. He stated, “Yes. But it is for new customers only.” I told him I was a new customer and that I was recently referred to them by my girlfriend’s mother. He looked at me suspiciously and asked me for my girlfriend’s mother’s last name. I told him her last name and he proceeded to enter the name into their computer database. He looked at her order history and pointed out that she had not placed an order in the past three months. I asked how that was relevant to my order and he said, “How do I know you are not picking up these boxes for her?” I asked him if he was calling me a liar and he responded by saying, “It seems suspicious.” I was at loss for words and just said “Forget it.” I left the office in disbelief without purchasing the boxes. I would rather pay an extra $3 dollar for a box of coffee cups at Bed Bath & Beyond than to be called a liar. I understand that this company deals mainly with corporate accounts and that is where they make the bulk of their money, but if they are going to keep their doors open to walk-in customers they should really offer their employees some training in properly dealing with customers face to face. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with this company and I would suggest the same to anyone else.
I was a customer for many years and the quality of service and product was good. When I left Diamod Rock (Purchased a new fridge with water filter) I called and was informed they will pick up the empty bottle and in 30 days I will receive a check covering the amount of the deposit left on the bottles. After six weeks I called asking about the check and I was informed they have no record of my deposit. I explained that they purchased the company, that purchased the original company I started with. Diamond Rock's response was we didn't keep any records from the old companies so you (The customer) have to prove to us you left a deposit. I explained I did not have any papers and the response was there will be NO REFUND. When I asked who I was speaking to he refused to give his name but stated the owner will call me. Of course the owner never called. If any long time customers do not have their paperwork from years ago, just be prepared when Diamond Rock states there will not be any refund deposit that was left on water bottles. I must state again there was never any issues with product or service, just the fact that Diamond Rock kept my deposit.
