I placed an order at 6:15 for a medium 3 topping and 8 wings. The estimated delivery time was 7:50. I called the call center at 8:30 when it was 40 minutes after the delivery time and they said to call back if it wasn't there in 20 minutes. I waited about 30 minutes and was refunded my money and told that the pizza would still be delivered. <br> <br>After another 45 minutes to an hour I called back and waited on hold for 15 minutes while the lady at the call center spoke directly to the store. She told me the driver was now "out" and the pizza was on its way. <br> <br>The pizza never came and I imagine they just decided not to bring it. I filled out a complaint online and called a customer service number. The guy said that the situation was being resolved and I told him it didn't resolve anything for me, after which he seemed to become short. I got another insincere apology and I just hung up. <br> <br>I understand if they're busy, short on drivers, etc., which is why I was fine with an hour and a half estimated delivery time, but I feel like I was just jerked around and lied to on top of having a stressful and crappy experience. I don't think they care much if this happens to their customers.
