Best experience ever doing business with any company coming to my home. Most up to date technology with alarm and home automation. Salesman, David, was professional and designed a system to fit my needs and explained the optional service contract which would give me free service for the life of the system. The installer and servicemen have been fantastic. Would highly recommend General Security of Richmond.

Customer service is non existent. I have had an alarm system with this company for 4 years and have called for help twice. The first time I was told I had to pay almost $400 to upgrade my equipment and now my battery is dead and when I called for help they immediately told me I had to pay for a technician to come service the equipment. They laughed when I told them I would cancel my contract. Be warned. This alarm company is the real burgler.
