I was told by a co-worker that popeyes does a Tuesday special, so I decided to come into the joint and find out more information, I had to stand there for a good min until the cashier acknowledged my presence as soon as I walked up I greeted her with a smile and a "how are you today?" She gave me the look of what do you want?! ( her name was Maxine) and did not respond neither greet me. I asked her for the info about the special and she took my order. My order number was #167 all I ordered was a 6 piece of the special. As I stood there waiting I noticed there was a lot of pre-cooked chicken with the label Mild and another row of Spicy. I thought the bagging would only take 1 min but I was completely wrong! It took 18 min to get a order of 6 pieces of chicken to go! As I was waiting that whole time I noticed the staff was calling out numbers that were already skipping me like order 175 and beyond, I was so confused I thought they misplaced my order. How could the bagging take a whole 18 min!?!?!?! The chicken was sitting right there! This place is awful. I was actually a first time customer and I had the worst experience! What happened to customer service?!?!!?
