General Info

My mission as a professional counselor is to provide professional, affordable counseling services in a caring, compassionate environment. I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to provide counseling/therapy services to adults, adolescents, children and couples. I provide general mental health counseling to address a wide range of problems, including anxiety, depression, grief/loss, abuse, stress, self esteem, and relationship issues. Counseling is a process in which you work with a professional helper to learn new ways of coping with and solving life problems in which you are experiencing difficulty solving on your own. Many people are nervous and unsure about coming to a professional for help with their very personal private problems. My goal is to provide you with a confidential, safe nonjudgmental environment where you can work on achieving a sense of balance and wellbeing in your life.
