Amazing experience with Canady's in Richmond Hill. I have been suffering with a poor system for a few years now. The technician first came out to tell me the current system I had wasn't powerful enough, my return was too small...all leading to money being thrown out the window. The servicemen were professional and got done in a VERY timely manner with little mess. They stayed out of my way and although they had work to do in my home, they made sure that I still felt I had the right to travel to any part of the house without making them feel inconvenienced. They answered my many questions without becoming flustered that I was interrupting their work flow. It truly was a great experience and I also cannot say enough about how amazing it feels in my home with this new system. We are definitely a much happier family and with a happy wife, there is a happy home.

Since 2005, we've been dealing with Canady's Precision Air. Their service staff, is superior. From the office staff, to management and most of all service personal have always been knowledgeable, very helpful and always ensured that they left their appointment making us feel very satisfied. They do regular check- in's to ensure the system is working well. When our new system was recently installed (took 2 days) they came prepared with tarps; they were focused and clearly new what they were doing. We received a complete walk- thru of both the larger units in the attic as well as the main floor units. Then days later another phone call to ensure the system was running & we felt comfortable with it. Outstanding follow thru from start to finish!! (posted on behalf of Rosie C)
