BEST daycare around! My husband and I had our oldest child enrolled at another daycare in Richmond Hill for about 2 months. Everyday was a constant battle when we arrived. We dropped him off and picked him up the same everyday, in tears :( So we went to PALS and I can honestly say the first day we dropped him off it was a completely different experience. Smiles and already intereacting with the teachers from the minute he stepped into the classroom. The tears were over and he actually napped! The web camera feature is definitely a plus because if I can't check up on them my mother can all the way from Ohio! How cool is that?!?! The teachers are sweet as can be and thorough when tending to the children. The owners always handle any questions or concerns we have, which was rare. Our little boy loves Mr. Rusty as do we! And in response to the earlier reviews... you can not make everybody happy I guess.. but we could NOT be more happy! We are pregnant now with our second baby and know where she will be attending come September. Even if we have to pay to hold her spot! :)

This is byfar the best childcare that you can get in the Richmond Hill area. I have personally experienced the main competitor... RHMPS... and it left alot to be desired. (If you have doubts... just read the long list of horrible reviews on this website about them.) The Children's Village has always welcomed my children with open arms. The facility is clean, updated, and a happy place. They serve good healthy food, that the kids want to eat. Their staff is professional, well trained, and passionate about what they do. I can truly tell that my child's teachers love him. When I drop him off in the mornings, he gives me kisses and waves goodbye happily... he is so happy to spend the day at this childcare center with his little friends and his teachers. The administrative department handles their role well and is excellent with communicating to the parents in a timely manner. I highly recommend this center for your childcare needs.
I absolutely love this place. Our son started going here when he was 5 months old and graduated the pre-k program this year. As much as I want to be able to take credit, the teachers in the pre-k are the reason our son started kindergarten knowing how to read and write as well as he does. Their pre-k program is EXCEPTIONAL. . Our younger daughters are still enrolled and they love going to "school" there. You can really see that the teachers and caregivers love their jobs and love the kids. They serve breakfast, lunch, and snacks, all included in the tuition. The kids come home with stacks of arts and craft projects every day. I really couldn't ask for anything better than this place and I've said to multiple people that I wouldn't have gone back to work had I not found it. P.S. they have an awesome full day summer program too.
