HORRIBLE SERVICE! Went in to view the office. The front lady Sue didn’t even greet me she just sat there and looked at me. Christian was the nicest one! I was shown the office by Sue who seemed to be very irritated at the fact that I took 10 min out of her day to show me the office. Once interested I began to ask basic questions such as “ what hours may I use the conference room” “How much mail can I recieve" "Does the printer print Black and white” “ If I pay a full year lease, Is there any discounts available? " which she knew the answer to NONE ! She hit me with the “ Ill find out and let you know” which is fine except for the fact as I am leaving she says “ well call me if you are interested” uhmmmm YES LADY Im interested. May I get the answers to my questions ??? Then Finally I get some answers through a phone call days later I let her know I am interested and that if I can have a contract emailed to me and I would have a check of the lease paid in FULL as well as a signed contract to her later that day or first thing in the morning… SHE DIDNT DO IT. Next day I call “ she’s not in today” next day I let her know I had not received the contract. She THEN drafts one up with the wrong information….( wrong move in dates, wrong amount to be paid) I call again and she informs me that the contract she sent was the basic contract… I will not sign a contract that states I am to pay more then what we had originally agreed or that the move in dates were incorrect. So she lets me know she will send another…..Never received it. I call about an hour later… “ Sue is out for the day and will not be returning until Monday” GREAT ! now I am 11Days out from the original day I had stopped by. HOW HARD IS IT TO PAY AND GET AN OFFICE ! I was ready very next day!!!! ….. Monday… I receive a email… not a phone call…an email from Stephanie, someone I had not spoken to or even hear of, the email stated “ We will not be able to accommodate your requests for an office at the Executive Centre at this time” UHM ok? So I call asking what exactly was the issue, she laughs and states “ Does there really need to be one? “ Seriously Lady? She then informs me that they will not be renting an office to us and proceeds to hang up on me! CLICK ! no goodbye no nothing !!! ALL because your staff can’t draft up a contract with the correct amount?? VERY LAZY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Seemed to be a very Bitchy vibe for no reason. Except for Christian. He was very nice and answered all my questions and tried to help when he could. other then that I’d recommend until they find better, younger, hard working staff that is up to date with todays technology ( delete current amount, enter right amount into contract, file, save, email, attach) then maybe this place might have potential.
