        Overall

        We hired Advanced Dairy Solutions to hook up a water line from our well into our new home. They did not fill in the sleeve they put in to run the line. The following spring, our basement filled with mud and water through the sleeve. We immediately notified Larry Ferguson of the problem. While surveying the damage, he told us that nobody felt worse than he did, and assured us that he would take care of us. We not only incurred monetary expenses due to the negligence of Advanced Dairy Solutions, but also loss of personal items. All we asked of Larry Ferguson was to pay $500.00, which is significantly less than the clean up bill we paid. We thought Larry Ferguson was sincere, and trusted him to be a man of his word. He has now informed us that he has no intention of paying us anything. I am saddened to think I trusted this business, and that I was lied to. We will never again hire this business, nor recommend them to anyone.
