Recently went to my appeal pertaining…

Recently went to my appeal pertaining to this security company. In hindsite. It appeared the employer did not show the due care to read my email ,brought up that at the time introduced , that I did not recall. Dated Jan 17,2011. Its questioning my status of employment. I explained on more occassions then I can count I had enigine problems.The wrist pin and rod bearings.The engine could go out at anytime. Normally if a employee is terminated he is paid asap.Labor Code:201 .Note:Calif Code:203. This is 72 hours or three days. The company told Sacramento I could'nt do a small thing like drive to Rialto ,from Orange County. It would be simple with a good engine. But it did sound like misrepresentation to Elizabeth. She sounded biased. The company never emailed they would emdemify me.Or pay me for a new engine if mine went out on the freeway. The cut my hours from 32 to one day. They questioned if I was able to go to work. They could have mailed me any papers they had. This to prove I was slightly depressed. How many people are happy go lucky if all their work hours are cut. Would a father of kids to be feed be happy ,doing a jig or a dance ? The appeal was the opportunity for both sides to give both sides. I did notice a conflicting statement,by the employer during the proceeding. The employer indicated she cut me down to 16 hours.Yet on paper via email its states one day. How can a person pay bills on one day. Where is the due care.Calif Labor Code:2800. Then to demand me to drive to Rialto to sign a paper proving I was depressed after all the work hours were cut to one day. They could have faxed this information. Scaned it and sent me a email. They could have sent me a letter in the mail return receipt. Also I believe the misrepresentation to Sacramento to Elizabeth ,is a significant reason I was charged the over payment of $208.00. This is why I requested an appeal. The company cut my hours from 32 to one day. Then striving to work with best efforts . Calif Labor Code:2924. It sounded like the company kept me in the dark. I stated . Silence of an entity ,based on time of discovery. Calif Gov.Code:911.64 and 911.23. Since they cut my hours they have advertised one more then one occassion on CalJobs. Offering security positions ,in Orange County.The act of keeping some one in the dark ,sounds like constructive discharge.Calif Labor Code;2922. Contravene ,fundamental ,constitutional provisions against public policy. Its when the employer insists on unreasonable expectations. Then holds them accountable. To aske me to drive to Rialto to sign paper work to prove I was slightly sad or depressed. Then what if my engine gave out on the freeway .Hurting my self or other vedry innocent drivers.Where is the due care. Calif Labor Code:2800. I'm not quiter. I served my country fourteen years active duty. Honorably discharged. Seven Army and seven U.S. Marines. In hindsite ,it appears sad to say,retaliation for making a complaint. Calif.Labor Code:6310. With some harassment. Government code:12900. If they would have read the email I just reviewed with scrutiny . It would then be under stood . My statements are a question. So some how Elizabeth took the companies side.She was a staff person ,that called me pertaining to unemployment insurance. I faxed her .Yet this appears to have not been good enough. So I had to request an appeal. Yet its in writing we are cutting hours of other employees. Also laying some off. We gave you part time, of one day. Yet in the preceeding it was not addressed,but it does sound like a conflicting statement. The employer stated the company cut me down to 16 hours. This is not the case. I don't know how the trier of fact will rule. It most people I have met idicated ,that a person should be able to apply and recieve unemployment insurance when its no fualt of their own.Also if a person has serious car problems and can't
