Renaissance Village

this is one of the worst places ever. while the aprtments are a nice size, everything is cheaply and quickly done. it is not so much the apartments as iy is the people who live im them. no one has any respect for the place they live. the kods are destructive. i came home one day to see some kids literally tear a tree apart, and the branches they couldnt break they swung off of. i had no power for a week because some kids cut all the wires in the box. the grounds are filthy. there are always people hanging out all hours including kids as young as preschool age. a lot of people are on drugs, selling them, or both. i constantly come home to the smell of funky weed and loud music from the people downstairs, who by the way have 12 people crammed in there. i cant let my kids play outside because the other kids are so bad and too grown for their age. i put my daughter in another school so she wouldnt be with them. then theres the shootings around here, and all the Bloods that live in this area. not to mention they had the nerve to raise the rent almost $200 to live in this raggedy ghetto place. take your money and move elsewhere unless you like the hood life.
