Locations in Rialto, Fontana, San Bernardino, Banning, and Rancho Cucamonga. Urgent care hours in Rialto. Dial any Pinnacle office after regular business hours, you may reach the nurse advice unit. The unit is staffed with experienced registered nurses who will be able to address your concerns and answer your questions. When necessary, they will contact the physician on call or direct you to the Extended Care Center or to the closest hospital emergency room.
