        Just awful

        I rented a trailer space on in the Tussing location. My trailer was broken into and everything stolen from it. When I asked the front desk about security recordings they informed me that there were no camera's in the area that I rented. They did not disclose that to me. I just assumed that they had camera's throughout the entire facility not just select areas. They were also dis-compassionate about my situation which made my bad situation worse.

        We were not made aware of any issues as it relates to this review. We believe this person may have issued this review to the wrong location. We have a night-patrol in / out of our property after hours and while cameras are a detterent, they normally don't 'catch' the ill wills of a determined thief. We take pride in the amount of security that we offer and absolutely would never lack any compassion if one of our tenants good's were compromised. Hence, the added insurance or deterrence of many cameras and a patrol service to check the areas during non-business hours when the office is closed. Aside from all this ..... we are unaware of this issue and believe that this person may have inadvertently left this review for us instead of a nearby property.....

        Excellent Value- Great place to rent

        I rented a 10 x 10 from this location and had a great experience. I wasn't sure about storage and they made it very simple. I was impressed with the service and everything they did for me.... not knowing anything about self storage, it made me feel better that they won a customer service award for alot of years. That was important to me, they were also reasonably priced and offer really good security. You wont be disappointed with this place if you store here.
