I've been going here 6+ years and have had nothing but excellent service! Very attentive and thorough about everything. The facility is always clean and the staff at Indian Creek is awesome and always makes me feel welcome even though I'm not the patient! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vet or looking to switch

I took our sick Hamster to Indian Creek after I found that they are the only vet in town who will take such a small animal. She had wet tail from the pet store I bought her from. The doctor thoroughly examined her and came up with a treatment recommendation based on what I could afford. She had to do the complicated calculations of the antibiotic formula in the tiniest of amounts. Their prices were also very reasonable, and the staff was very friendly. I've also adopted a couple of kittens from them. My mother in law also boards her Berman cat there, and has been very happy. I would continue using their services.
I've been a client for over 12 years. The doctors are very knowledgeable and the hospital is beyond well-equipped, and beautiful.
As for the reviews below mine, I'm sorry for your frustrations and/or loss. In the future, if you feel something is off, go seek a second opinion or go to Medvet on your own. Veterinarians, just like human physicians, are not miracle workers and don't have all the answers.

We have always taken our animals there and had nothing to complain about untill now. On many vists we asked the doctor why is our cat breathing heavy. ALL she said was he needs to lose weight. This went on for months. We asked her again, why is he breathing hard.We got the same answer.He just needs to lose weight.Last month our cat died. He didn't need to lose weight. He needed to be treated for hypertrphic cariomyopathy. I feel that I could have more time with my pet only if she taken more action. NO...all she said was heneeds to lose weight. She knewhe had a heart murmor,why she didn't send him to medvet to get checked out or at least have done a xray there.. Some of there staff are rude. I will NEVER take another animal there.

Scheduled for my 8 year old lab/bully mix to be seen as her current vet was not getting to root of her allergies issues and only treating her with steroids to control the symptoms. I explained she needed the vet tech, then again to the the doctor than she was due for her lepto, has issues with allergies and my desire to get to the root and avoid the use of steroids (which will eventually cause kidney damage) and that she had a lump that may or may not be a fatty sack. The doctor examined her, assessed the allergies and explained two options: an expensive medicine to treat theh symptoms OR allergy testing to create a vaccine and treat the root cause. I chose the allergy testing. She exits the examine room, send her tech back in TWICE to try to convince me to buy the medicine then comes back in herself to AGAIN to try to convince me to buy the expensive medicine. She then FINALLY checked for an ear infection and rather than check the swab then, says theyll call me. She had to be reminded to give her the lepto vaccine and never did check the lump as she was too busy trying to sell prescriptions and prescription food located in their lobby. Further, she prescribed STERIODS even though I made it clear I was reluctant to continue this treatment. After leaving 100 poorer and frustrated due to the experience, they call (15 minutes after I leave) and say the ear swab was positive for an ear infection and meds would be left at the front desk. I already had ear infection meds so I continued using them (from the previous vet) and upon running out went in the pick up the ""new"" ones. Upon arriving and realizing that she ordered the same meds my previous vet did and I asked the receptionist to leave a note that I would prefer to go with an oral antibiotic as the ear drops had been ineffective for months. The receptionist argued with me, had the doctor call the next day who also argued with me although she acknowledge that dogs can become resistant to treatment just as humans do. All in all, I hung up on her as I became tired of arguing and repeating the same statements over and over regarding my dog history and the ineffectiveness or the treatment she was suggesting. They are rude, ignorant and most of all concerned with sales and only sales. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO STAY ILL AND YOU BECOME LIGHTER IN THE WALLET!!!!
