Stay Away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They should not even get one star from me.......

I have never been spoke to a company which promises one think and does exactly the opposite.

This company over charged me on a job they preformed on my water heater last year - the only way that I discovered this is I sent their invoice to the water heater company that was suppose to reimburse me for the parts - when they sent me a check it was only for $16.23 for the part - i called Pioneer spoke to the project manager - Mor - after a lengthy conversation and my time spent on phone calls to different plumbing company to prove my point - Mor advised me that a check for $175 will be sent to me two weeks passed and every time that i called i got the round around stating that the A/P is out sick and a check will be issued as soon as she is back - WELL NOT TRUE A CHECK WAS NEVER ISSUED never got a call back but today stating "MY BOSS DECIDED NOT TO MAIL YOU A CHECK AFTER HE CHECK WITH A FEW OTHER PLUMBING COMPANIES - and concluded that they price they charged me was fair.....

WHAT ARE YOU KIDDING ME???????????

I GUESS I WILL SEE THEM IN COURT!!!!!!!!
