Very helpfull on the phone. Gave me a solution to my problem.

I was referred to them by another store who didn't have the part I needed. I drove across the valley to go there. I found the part but I wasn't sure if it would match the color. I casually mentioned that if the color was wrong I could bring it back. This was the perfect time for the attendant to tell me that there would be a 15% restocking charge. Really? They do that to put something that wasn't even opened back on the shelf? He didn't, and I did not read the sign on the wall, which was hidden amongst a million other things saying there would be a "put back on the shelf" fee. When I returned the next day (yea, I drove across the valley again) the manager insisted I had to pay $12.00 restocking fee, no exceptions, company policy, and NO! We are not even sorry! I was going to buy something else with the refund, but when they wouldn't even give me credit for that, I changed my mind. What a lousy way of making $12.00. One lost new customer, one lost sale and this bad review on as many sites as I can find. I warned them I would do this. They didn't care!

A place to avoid. Unfair business. 25% restocking fee? Where are all the business lawyers? This place has to go down. Bunch of thieves!

Look the place has the things that the cheaper stores don't have everytime, so you pay a little more. If you need an everyday item then go somewhere else but if you need that wierd part the cheaper guys don't have then you should be thanking these cats for having it period, and they are open on Sunday none of your other places are open between noon on sat and mon morning. I appreciate having a sunday shop and know they will always have that part the others dont.

I visited your Corbin Ave store today (three times). I was totally further disappointed then I have been in the past. The store was staffed by several young men that seemed to know very little about anything having to do with plumbing. There was one older man (I refuse to refer to him as a gentleman) who seemed to know something but he was as surly, disgruntled, unhelpful, discourtious, and other adjectives that don't come to mind as anyone I have ever experienced that interfaces with customers.

Sorry to report this but Lowes is just down the street and you get the same amount of help without having to face a grouch.
