Pizza Hut

I've been here 3 times and received a military discount every time except tonight because the manager said they don't give military discounts. I had my active duty military ID with me and ready to show.
On top of that the manager was rude to the 2 little girls I had with me.
We waited for our food, which wasn't correctly written down in the first place, for an hour and 20 minutes! It was 2 large pizzas. I'm just disgusted, mainly with the lady. I will not be going back until new management comes. The food wasn't even good anyway. I must say, my waiter was very nice and busy. There were quite a few people there and he was the only waiter taking care of everyone. He did his best.

I am located 3 miles from pizza Hut and because I am 1/4 mile outside of city limits they will not deliver. I will never go to pizza Hut in republic again.

If you dine in and BUY pizza you have to carry out your pizza in a dozen small boxes....their reply was boxes are for pizzas bought.... umm??? Pepperoni is disproportionately greasy for an already greasy meal. Service here has declined over past 2 years.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE..WHEN U ASK FOR XTRA MUSHROOM THEY SAY WE CAN'T DO THAT ..WELL THE ONE IN SPFLD MO DOES..POOR MANAGEMENT ..THEY STAND BEHIND COUNTERS AND EAT ..WAITED FOR DRINKS FOR 30 MINS..WOW ITS SAD..THE OWNERS NEED TO FIRED SOME PEOPLE..I WAS ALWAYS TOLD THE CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT MAKE THEM HAPPY..

Literally the nastiest Pizza Hut I have ever been in. We were sat down and it took forever to be seen for drinks and food. After finally ordering we was setting and talking about our day when three of there employees was rearranging the lobby for a big party, when a cockroach ran across the table they did nothing but laugh. I went to tell the manager and he seemed not to care he didn't even make his employees clean the table. We told the party about the incident while leaving they left also got up and left.
