        Citywide glass and mirror did a very poor job for me - I'm out $1800 and I had to hire a different contractor to do the job they said they'd do.



        These guys sold me a glass shower wall. They came and installed it - I had a few doubts when I saw them using an iPhone instead of a level, but I let it slide. When they were done, unfortunately, the glass shower wall (200 lbs object!) was wobbling all over my bathroom. Also, their "high end glass" had stains on it that wouldn't go away.



        I tried to get in touch with Citywide but they kept refusing to do anything about my problems. I had to hire another company to remove their "work" and install a brand new glass wall.



        I was forced to file a credit card claim against them. The Citywide guys then promptly lied to my bank - suggesting that they'd done all sorts of follow-up work to fix my issue - so the bank denied my claim. I'm obviously going to keep fighting, but please, don't repeat my mistake - don't hire these guys.
