What is your favorite We Olive product? One of my favorite We Olive products is the Peach White Balsamic Vinegar. Its fruity goodness is absolutely fabulous in a champagne cocktail, as an olive oil and balsamic salad dressing, or even drizzled over vanilla ice cream. Yum!
        Business History
        My insatiable passion for travel initially took me across the United States, and ultimately around the world. Yet, while vacationing in Paso Robles, California, I visited the local We Olive, and was instantly drawn in by the same warm and welcoming atmosphere I remember experiencing in Italy. Like many of my generation, I am encouraged and excited by the prospect of living a healthier lifestyle. The many health benefits of olive oil are now known far and wide. Therefore, by becoming a store owner, I am given the opportunity to share We Olive’s unparalleled educational and culinary experience with the Reno-Tahoe community.
