Actually this business doesn't even deserve one star! I have a 38 ft park ready travel trailer that I live in. I was injured in Dec 2011. I took my trailer to them because of it freezing up(Feb 2012). I had them inspect the trailer and fix all water leaks or damages. They said it was fixed and I was charged for the bathroom, shower and kitchen water fixtures. I also had them winterize it and I placed it in storage until May. Upon sitting it up in a park here in Reno, I noticed two water leaks. One was under the sink area in the kitchen. The piping was down tightened down correctly or all the way. I called them and explained the leaks and they wanted me to bring the trailer back in. I explained that the trailer was already set up in a park and I had paid someone to do so. I finally after numerous phone calls to them...atwhich they were rude to me. A service tech came out. The water leak in the kitchen, was because they didn't fix the sink fixture all the way, the shower hot water and cold water fixture was put in upside down. The third problem was with the spray shower connect on the outside water connection. I finally had to pay someone else to fix it. They also damaged the cabinet area when they pulled out the washer/dryer unit to check it out and they denied breaking it. I would recommend if you have them do work take pictures of the unit first. They do bad work, poor customer service. Also it was never explained to me when they winterize a trailer that they put the hot water heater on bipass. Finally I was told what the problem was and I could of burned up the tank. Lucky for me it didn't. They fail to explain anything. I went into the store today to look at some septic parts and I asked the service person if he could measure the outside of the part for me and when he measured it he did it from the inside. I explained again I wanted to get PVC pipe and needed the outside measurement and he looked at me like I was stupid. I will never shop nor have them fix anything for me. I think they saw a female who is disabled and was in a wheelchair as someone that is stupid and could be taken advantage of.
