RC Willey has the worst product and customer service be aware before you buy
Be careful when buying appliances from RC Willey. I baught a brand new washer and dryer the washer started shaking and not draning water contacted customer service three weeks after purchase they sent a repair guy over and said he needed to order a part. it has been over month and half and i have not heard from RC willey or repair guy. The product was demaged and Rc willey said there return policy is 14 days. they are not fixing or replacing my machines, i baught these machines bc my wife is 8 months pregnant and we needed new machines. i am having to wash my cloths at laundry mat and rc willey has done nothing to replace my machines or fix them, please be careful go to sears to buy your appliances they five you 90 days to return defective appliance. this is the first time and last time i baught anything from R.C and last time.
