I called this company for a small part for an older lawn mower. The gentleman took the time to search for this part, when no one else in town even tried. It took him 20 minutes, but he found it and had it in stock!.. I went to pick up the part and the mechanic even gave me hints on how to put this part on. They couldn't have made $5 on the transaction, but were willing to give me the customer care that you just don't find any more. Now my mower has a little more life left instead of "we will sell you a new one" like other shops told me, or didn't bother to even look for the "too old part". Thanks for the personal touch.
