  Blaming clients for their errors?! Bad business.

  I wouldn't recommend this place. There are many other alteration businesses in Reno/Sparks that have good customer service and appreciate their clients. I got a pair of pants hemmed there and when I got home realized one of the legs had been sewn and the other hadn't. I was in the car when I realized this so I safety pinned them and worked that day. When I got time to make it in the lady working informed me she'd charge me to fix the error they'd made additionally stating that they couldn't have possibly made this error. Yeah, I made it up because we all have so much time to intentionally un-stitch a hem and take the pants back just to screw with you. She continued to deny that they could have forgotten to stitch one leg as I walked out after telling her (politely) I'd take my business elsewhere. Un-professional and bad customer service.
