I was referred to Dr. Kileen, to look at my throat, they took me in for an apt right away about 7 days. I went and the doctor looked in my throat and gave me paperwork to have blood work done they made another apt for me about a month out. during this time I received a bill. I looked at it and I was billed for my co-pay $60.00 which I paid because it was for a specialist, my insurance paid an additional $200.00 for the same apt. and they billed me an additional $250.00 which my insurance didn't pay for to look into my throat. Had I been told that I would be charged over $500,00 for an apt to find out that there was nothing that could be done for my throat except to get blood work done and that it would have to heal on my own I would have never done it in the first place. This is why our insurance is so high...a simple procedure to look in someone's mouth and charge over $500.00 is just ridiculous but they have a very nice office and a great staff I guess some one has to pay for all of that.

This firm believes in service after sale of hearing aids. They also give back to those in need.
The doctors and audiologist care about their patients. The front office staff show they are there to help patients.

I saw Dr. Mathis and he is amazing. He not only took care of my ears and hearing problems but he diagnosed a problem with dizziness I was having. The staff are so nice and friendly. They are right on top of it. I truly have had all my expectations met and then some.

Completely unprofessional. Wait time is unacceptable and the staff is incompetent. Never had the chance to see a doctor. Unbelievable. If you have the misfortune of going here, bring a book and expect the worst.
