Dr. Linda Lafferty, DO, MS

Dr. Lafferty is a good listener. Is always at least an hour late for appointments. And has the rudest staff I have ever experienced in any doctors office. They talk about other patients right in front of you. The receptionist is by far the worst. And works at being impolite on the phone.

Dr. Lafferty has been my physician for many years. She diagnosed my cancer when it was missed by the two previous doctors I had been seeing. I am now eleven years post surgery and alive because of her keen diagnostic ability. She is kind, compassionate and very thorough. Her office is an elegant and immaculate reflection of herself. She always has a warm smile, great personality and endless energy. Dr. Warner is also very kind and competent with years of experience. The support staff is very professional. (You will never be called "honey" or "sweetie") , voices are calm and your sir name will be used unless you prefer otherwise. Over the years I have seen her staff handle some of the nastiest, most demanding, disrespectful people and situations with the utmost of composure. The front office is business like and the back office is warm and nurturing. I understand why this has been a successful medical practice for twenty five years, when most others have gone out of business. Dr. Lafferty loves her patients and provides for them as family. Most have been with her for over twenty years and continue to be happy and healthy because of the excellent care they have and continue to receive. They have the best and they know it.
