Joseph is a graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering Technology/Construction Management. In addition, he was awarded a certification in Construction Engineering Technology from N.I.C.E.T. in 1991. With over 28 years experience in the construction industry, Joseph Pace has provided professional building services to clients which include Governmental Agencies, County School Districts, Corporations, and Private owners.         Overall

        Pace Construction was a pleasure to work with on our manufacturing facility. The expertise, diligence, and professionalism was apparent in every detail of the project. We just had our grand opening in the middle of September and had an overwhelming awe from our customers and suppliers on all the work that went in to this new facility. Would recommend Pace Construction for any construction or remodeling projects.

        Joseph Pace Construction was such a great choice for my small business. They renovated a 5100 sq. space for Independent salon service and the job was stress free for us. The workmanship and design is beautiful. We could not be happier!!! And he finished early!!!

        I will recommend him to everyone.

        Our architectural firm has worked on five different projects with Joseph Pace Construction ranging from tenant improvements to complete restaurant designs. The projects have always been on schedule, within the client's budget and managed on a professional level. Our firm has had a long term relationship with Joseph Pace Construction and look forward working together on future projects

        I've seen some of the commercial building projects that Joseph Pace Construction has developed here in Reno and Sparks NV and it far exceeds expectations for design and build. I would recommend connecting with Joe for a design bid on either a commercial or residential project.
