The airport Staff on my previous experience was young, arrogant, and poorly trained
4th St. called the day before to "confirm", I arrived & there was a family
trying to book a car using their smartphone and i had to wait
My reserved vehicle was "at the shop" and I needed to get going!
I was grudgingly given an uncleaned car with a half-tank of gas.
I discussed these inconveniences with the agent upon return, with a Customer Service phone rep,
and got a call from a "regional" supervisor in Las Vegas.
Eventually, I was offered a Free Rental and i accepted.
i think they were repentant because the 'whatever' car had a bedbug in the uncleaned area,
trunk had sand, seat had a soda and some matches, ciggie wrapper (nonsmoking?)
Bedbug bit me.

They still Offer me 150 points in e-mails.
this is payback. Enterprise is "lost in cyber space', mostly.
