They Don't Guaranty Thier Work
I took my BMW there for some work and paid them close to $800 dollars. I drove less than one mile and all the same dash lights and warning lights came back on after they said they fixed it. Break sensors, belt, switches, plugs, etc. I took it back and the said they could not read the codes. I asked about a gauranty and Jeff said they don't gauranty thier work. Nowhere in the shop or on thier paper work/work order is there a statement of gauranty. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BMW TO BAVARIAN AUTO HAUS

We here at Bavarian Auto Haus were shocked to read this review. First, of course we guaranty our work! In fact we are a AAA Preferred auto repair center which requires a 95% or higher customer satisfaction rating, independantly verified by AAA. A simple call to AAA will substanciate this fact. I surmise this customer didn't understand that the complexity of vehicle repair is not always cut and dry. We try very hard to satisfy each and every customer to the best of our ability. Occasionally the problems are compounded by there being more than one thing wrong. In this particular case the customer had some broken parts and a defective computer which was uncovered after the first repair. This was brought to the customers attention after returning to the shop at no charge. As with any business you cannot please everyone. I believe this customer may have had some misconceptions as to what can and should be done. I suspect the customer felt that the second problem was directly related to the first and should be repaired free of charge. We could not have tried any harder or done anything any better and still satisfied this individual.
