They saved my vacation

I had engine problems and was from out of state and these guys treated me as if I were a life long customer. They saved my vacation by providing excellent service and returning my vehicle the next day. I was able to get back home with no problem at all.

Just wanted to give my thanks to everyone here at Automotion Reno Car Repair. Mark has gone out of his way to take the time to insure my family has a safe car to drive and I really appreciate that he is so willing to put his customers first. I respect and trust his expertise and know that my family will be getting to their destination safely because of the time and care given to my repair job.

Impeccable integrity

From the first time I took my car there, 5 years ago, Automotion has been fantastic. They operate with impeccable integrity. I bring my car in for scheduled maintenance, but one time there was a problem. They took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong, what their proposed solution was, and how much it would cost. Very good and prompt service

I have been a customer of Automotion for many, many years. I have always had very good and prompt service from the company. They always listen to the problem I present to them and have been able to ""fix"" the problem with little or no waiting. I trust them completely with my cars. I feel very comfortable referring friends to them. Mark, Dallas, and all the other people there are great!

Honest job

Mark at Automotion Reno is actually a very nice man. I have been going to them for as long as I can remember. I started using them when they were in their previous location, and when they moved I moved with them. It is more than just going in to them and getting an honest job. This is an A Number 1 company!!!!!!!!!

Since we moved to the Reno area with our first Audi, we have received excellent service from Automotion (previously Compact Auto). We now have our third Audi and Mark & his trained repair persons have serviced all three with excellent attention to detail both with service and repair. Felt Right

I had been servicing my Audi at the local dealership, but never felt right...always thought I was being taken for something more than I needed. At Automotion, I just felt right...they seemed to address the issues without upselling to something I really did not need. I would, and have, recommend for any car service need.
