A-freakin-mazing!

They've cleaned two different houses with two different animals that couldn't control themselves in the house. They made my dining room chairs (that had many a childs messy handprint) new again!

A week before they cleaned my carpets I had them clean my windows (Yes! They do that too!) and my only complaints is that they were so clean I almost walked through my sliding glass door, ;-)

LOL okay seriously, they did a great job. They've never let me down.

These guys represent the best of what a "family owned" business means and I HIGHLY recommend them. I read the reviews and I decided to call and I have no regrets. They were accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. MOST OF ALL THEY CARED how the carpets came out in the end. They aren't the cheapest in town, but they are the best. I was doubtful that my carpets could really be cleaned because it had been, like, oh, 7 years. And they are off-white. One room was really, truly a mess and they made it look like new. I was shocked. My tenant was so pleased and so was I. After two days, there was some discoloration that wicked up (not uncommon) and they took care of that too. I swear, I will use them again and again and I promise not to let my carpets go another 7 years without cleaning them. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH! YOU WERE AWESOME and you now have a loyal customer.

This company is great. They are able to keep my off white carpet looking good even though I punish it with two large dogs. The team members they send out have always been helpful and courteous. I recommend to anyone who need their carpets to look their best!

Wow! you woiuld not believe the mess my carpet was in what with my pets and grandsons. The carpet looks brand new. In fact the landlord said it hadn't looked this good in 2 or 3 renters. They wanted A. Quality's contact information so they could use them in their home as well as their other rentals. And the cost was very reasonalbe. The guys that care out, Justin and John, were so friendly and professional. I definitely recomment A. Quality to anyone who has carpet. They are great.

A Quality Carpet Cleaning is everything and more. I had them come out to fix a bubbling issue in my carpet that I was completely sure could not be fixed. James Fisher and his team fixed and cleaned my carpet and it looks as new as the day I moved in!!! They do fabulous work and I would recommend them to everyone who needs carpet service.

Actually worth 10 stars! - I have had many carpet cleaners perform services for our home... none of which I ever invited back. James Fisher on the other hand and his business is another story altogether. He knows more than any carpet cleaner I know or worked with. He works harder than any carpet cleaner I have seen and the results are not only superior after the job is done (cleaner, dryer and more thorough) but the results last far longer! Plus James pleasant nature, his powerful equipment and honest approach without the sleazy sales pitch or "up charges" that others sneak in, are all part of his impeccable approach. As far as I am concerned, we are lucky to have James and his team in the Reno area. He sets the standard other carpet cleaners should strive for.

I never thought that our wihite carpet would be white again after our roommate and two dogs moved out. James came out and spent a good 2 hours deep-cleaning and treating our carpet and sure as can be, it was white again! I now reccomend everyone I know to A. Wow! They were the best carpet cleaners I have ever had the pleasure to work with. They were super knowledgable and a tad on the OCD side and our carpet has never looked or smelled better. They took their time and did such a great job. I will never use any other carpet cleaning company! My family thanks you!!

Without question the best carpet cleaner ever! I had James clean an investment property for me that was trashed to say the least. I seriously thought I was going to have to replace at least two of the bedroom's carpeting, but James was confident he'd be able to get them looking good again. Needless to say I was skeptical having bad experiences with false promises from other carpet cleaning outfits. Long story short; the carpets looked like new! When I asked him how he did it I felt like I was talking to a doctor about surgery. James is a true professional and takes pride in his work, which is so rare these days. I can honestly say he's the only carpet cleaner who's number I've ever saved in my phone and my wife can attest to that. Simply put - If you get anybody else to clean your carpets, you're not getting your monies worth, period!
