Wayne Lew is Da Man! Hooked me up with a broken in '11 CTS-V at a good price. He returned my calls promptly and followed up with me to see if I was coming to look at it (I live 2 hrs. away). I went to look at it and didn't really plan on buying that day but he let me take a long test drive, answered all my questions and gave me a good price & he let me take it home that day with only a small deposit without the rest of the down or title to my trade in. "Bring it in a couple of days" he said. Joe the sales manager & Mark in finance are top notch too as I'm sure the whole dealership is. Friendly, professional, clean & efficient. You walk out of a lot of dealerships feeling like you need a shower...I walked out of Reno Buick feeling like I had just taken one (and then drove home in my bad@ss V!) well, to be honest, I needed a car to get to work from Plumas County CA to Reno, NV. I knew my credit sucked, but I had a friend that got financed by these guys so I decided to give it a shot (I figured if he could get it, I was at least 50/50) to make a long story short, I didn't get the BMW I wanted but got a good Pontiac Grand Am that I'm very happy with. It only had 36K miles and was a 1999. I got the payment I could afford and I can get to work and back home. So the moral is, if your credit challenged like I am, give these guys a chance.
Over the years I have purchased/leased an RX300, 330, 400H and now a 450H from Lexus of Reno. The vehicles have been of superb quality but beyond that the service has been of superb quality and is the primary reason why I continue to buy Lexus. And one of the starring benefits of that service is providing a loaner car without hassle and without demanding that the customer rent a loaner as with other brands. If nothing else, I would keep returning to Lexus for that benefit alone.
