It's not like I needed a new vehicle because I drove on the lot in my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. My idea was to look at a Tahoe. I have three dogs, two of them are 100 pounds each and the other 60 pounds. Since my Daddy passed away in January, I have been traveling a lot to Reno to help out my Mom. I needed a bigger vehicle that was able to cool off the entire vehicle fast. My Jeep was cramped and it took up to two hours to get it cooled off for my best friends. The Tahoe was WAY TOO BIG for me. I asked Jeffrey Sease if there was something in between my Jeep and the Tahoe and he waved his magic wand and showed me the Traverse. The Traverse is perfect for my needs. Jeffrey is an awesome person and when he was unable to answer some of my questions, he was humble enough to get someone who could, Kevin Lemus. The sale, from test drive to financing to delivery was FAST LIKE NINJA. I hate hanging around all day in dealerships. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating; the bald BIG DOG, the shiny teeth finance dude and even the ghost, Frank. I had a great time. We purchased the Traverse on Independence Day and what I thought was super awesome was that the dealership was having a BBQ for their employees who were working that day. My husband and I were included on the grub and we smashed some out of this world BBQ and Macaroni/Shrimp salad. Where else could anyone get treated like that? No where but Champion Chevrolet. Kudos to Champion. Kudos to Jeff and Kevin.
After all the horror stories I had heard about buying a car from a dealership, I was prepared for the worst! My time at Freeway Honda could not have been further from that. EVERYONE I had any contact with from the minute I arrived was polite, helpful and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I received exceptional service. My experience was just lovely. The Freeway team was able to find a car I could afford and also like the appearance of - no small feat considering my current circumstances!!
