Clarity Medispa

I got my lashes done 2 weeks ago with Inna. So far my lashes have held up great and I've received many compliments on them! I just got back from 8 days at the beach so my lashes went through a ton of abuse - salt water, wind, twice daily showers, you name it. Still really pleased with how they've held up.



Inna was super friendly and did such a meticulous job.. She did a great job explaining the entire procedure and walking me through it. I completely trust the decisions she made in terms of what lashes to get and the length. She did a slight cat eye with the lashes that look great but add a little drama. I've gotten my lashes done at 2 other salons and this was by far the best experience and results. The lashes are very light, wispy, and natural looking. Definitely plan on returning for a relash session.

Eyelash extensions? People do that? Yes, yes they do. I first learned about it when a friend of mine (who has even shorter and straighter lashes than I do) emerged one day, batting her new long, curly, beautiful lashes. I was skeptical, but after months of seeing her with them, I finally caved in and booked an appointment with Inna . Inna is sweet, knowledgeable, and damn good at what she does. After my first session with her, I was hooked. No more spending time each morning applying eyeliner and mascara, getting my sparse eyelashes to hold some semblance of a curl. Having my morning beauty routine time cut in half yet looking totally put together is all sorts of awesome.

Never go there again. At least not for eyelashes!!

I purchased a Groupon for mink eyelash extensions and when I got them done I was shocked. She barely put 40 extensions per eye and they looked so bold and fake. U could even see glue clumps on my eyelid. Horrible!

I've gotten eyelash extensions before and they always look so natural and full. The eyelashes I got at Clarity Medispa started to go crazy right the next day. A bunch of them just fell out!! And when I went back to fix them, the girl Inna gave me such an attitude and was so rude,impolite,and unprofessional. She was just awful. I can't believe anyone would hire a person like that to work anywhere!

I will never go there again and neither will any of my friends!

I feel ripped off! I purchased a Groupon for six laser hair-removal treatments for one large area for my lower legs. My 1st appointment was 3/8/13 and my 2nd appointment was 4/26/13 since the technician told me each treatment has to be 6-8 weeks apart. When I went to schedule my 3rd appointment, I asked for 6/21/13 since that is my off Friday from work and was told that was after the expiration date which is 6/19/13. Well, it was not stated on the groupon or anywhere that I had to COMPLETE the 6 treatments by the expiration date and BTW (by the way) that would have been impossible since I purchased the groupon in 2/2013. Now I am being told that I have to pay $125 per treatment to finish up. They did begrudingly agree to let me have the 3rd appointment on 6/21/13 without charging me extra.

I feel used and taken advantage of because I am driving an hour to use this facility because the Groupon was supposedly a good deal. Now, it is not a good deal and I agree with the other peple who have said the environment is not great at all.

First of all, I could not find the entrance. No one bothers to tell you it is around the side and down below a welfare looking building. The first time I came in, no one acknowledged me until I stood at the counter for a while then finally I could get someone to speak to me. No one smiles, they do not make you feel welcome or comfortable, it did not smell very good and it felt and looked dank and dingy. There are tacky signs everywhere asking for tips and when I was at the desk to schedule my next appointment, I was asked outright to leave a tip for the technician.

Unless you are getting a really good deal with a Groupon and you had better make sure you can get all 6 of your laser hair removal treatments in before the expiration date, I would say go somewhere else for sure.

I arrived way early for my appointment,because i was driving from Silver Spring so I was escorted to a lovely, relaxing space where knowledgeable and nice receptionist explained to me about all salon services until my time arrived. It was wonderful. I received a wonderful Laser Hair Removal and Botox from Julia and went home a very happy customer.

Love Love Love!. Best experience ever !Julie has been doing my eyebrows for years, and she is the sweetest lady ever! Highly reccomend!

My experience at Clarity MediSpa was one of the best I ever had. The people at Clarity MediSpa were very polite and helpful. I was very pleased coming in and even more pleased coming out. The service was incredible, I couldn't have asked for a better environment. I highly recommend this place to anyone!!!!

At Clarity Medispa, I received amazing care and attention that I don't typically experience anywhere else. I arrived for my laser appointment 45 minutes late, disheveled and angry from car troubles, and the employees were patient, understanding, and willing to accommodate me in every way possible. They completed my procedure efficiently; it was as if I had come right on time! After this experience, I was so surprised to read the odd negative review on Clarity Medispa's service, knowing that such reviews were nothing short of lies. I encourage EVERYONE to come to Clarity Medispa for great service!

Hmm microdermabrasion. The term itself sound scary and invasive (we're talking about the manual sloughing of dead skin cells after all), but my experience in CLARITY MEDSPA was the exact opposite. Julia is kind and thorough, and explained the entire process prior to the procedure. She likened the feel of microdermabrasion to a 'cat licking your face' and the description was spot on!



Thrive uses organic products which are not only gentle, but smell good, in a fresh-scrubbed way. After Julia finished the treatment, I noticed a visible difference immediately. And my face feels smooth as satin... both texture and tone are greatly improved. No redness, no irritation, and no sales pressure. Tthe environment is really soothing back in the treatment rooms. Can't wait to return for my light peel!



This place is awesome! Their service is absolutely fantastic! Staff is kind and very well trained. I'm defenetly will reccomend it to my frieds and will come back soon!
