        Customer service is a problem

        I visited your today on my way home from work and was completely shocked at the attitude I was presented with. I waited in line for what seemed an eternity ( no cars In line but me) only to recieve a sour tasting tea and poor custome service. The female employee literally rolled her eyes at me and threw my bag into the car. My fries were cold as well as upside down in the bag. I called in reference to a "customer complaint hotline" only to be told that there was "no such thing". When I asked to speak with a manager, the employee hung the phone up on me. How very rude and I do not think that I will be having dinner or lunch... well anything at this facility again. I think that it is terrible that this store has been open a little over a month and already there are issues of this magnitude. If I could rate this establishment less than 1 star I definitely would do so.

        I was not pleased with my first visit to this new store!!! I saw no gloves being worn on the food preparers hands, it was so messy that I will never dine in!!!! The employees are extremely rude over the phone and in person!! They argue amongst each other loud enough for the customers to hear it and I was not pleased with the words I heard!! I was expecting it to be a better experience granted this is a brand new store but maybe its just the employees!! I will not be returning so sorry!
