Never had any business with collin mobile but interested in the rentals u have available i fell as though i can get great comfort dealing with collins mobile

Wonderful experience at Collins Mobile Home. From the beginning Todd was helpful and professional. We ordered our custom built home, Todd was helpful in every way from showing us all of the choices available for flooring, cabinets, countertops and cabinetry, explained all of the available upgrades, ordered, delivered, and set up all within 6 weeks. We had a big existing covered deck and Todds team was able to set up to where it looked like the deck had been built onto it! Their custom service is impeccable, never have we had any issue that one call to Todd didn't result in a promp response and solution. I highly recommend Collins Mobile Home. Thanks Todd.

Never buy a trailer from this place unless you are able to wait months after making a down payment and giving them your land contract for collateral. Being strung along with every excuse imaginable and targeting young, naïve people. You will receive nothing promised and definitely not in the time promised. If you buy it off the lot they will stall you by not giving you all the information up front Such as, you have to get a well permit. Then you need a septic permit. Then we need to make all the repairs, paint, and clean it first.( Only did some painting.) Even heard you need to mow the lawn first. Done within 24 hours and still nothing. I am sure you are getting the jest of how circular this has become. Delivered the trailer finally after over two and half months with damages, no stove or refrigerator. A microwave that will not close unless tied with string. No septic or well to date as promised. The reason they claim to take out stove and refrigerator and do not put them in, even after selling it, is they still continue to show the sold trailer to others, and they don't want them getting wrecked.. Well they don't get put in on delivery either. What should have been a great experience for us, our first home, has become a living nightmare with this company. At this time we are consulting an attorney.
