I picked up a golden lab a few months back and being a first time dog owner I know nothing about grooming. I brought Sparky in for a bath and for his nails to be clipped. I couldn't believe how sincere and compassionate Ximena was with him. She sensed he was nervous so she took special care and within second he loved her. He was so happy by the end I don't think he wanted to leave. I'm glad i stumbled across this gem, I will be using Ximena and D'Rosas Dog Chic for years to come. Thank You!
